Jan Brengman, age 58 of New Hope, passed away June 9, 2021.
Survived by daughter, Samantha Brengman (Nelson); son, Simon Jacobson (Lauren); sister, Mary (Doug); brothers, Todd (Pam) and Doug (Terri); nieces, nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by parents, Ray and Carol Dionne.
Memorial Service 4:00 PM Friday, June 25th at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway with visitation beginning at 3:00 PM.
