James William Wennerlind

James W. Wennerlind, on March 12, 2021, at age 89, Jim was called home to be with the Lord.

A native of Minneapolis, Jim served his country in the Army from 1952-1954. Jim graduated from Augsburg College and spent 37 years in Real Estate. Jim loved his family and had a passion for hunting and fishing. In 1969, Jim met the love of his life, Vonnie, wife of 51 years. Jim was an accomplished elk hunter and enjoyed bird hunting and fishing as often as possible.

Jim will be sorely missed and survived by wife, Vonnie; kids, Dan and Emily (Ed); grandkids, Joseph, Jimmy, Jack, Mary, Brandt, Luke; and foster family, Dan and Denise Cotter; and children, Caroline, Erica, and Devyn.

Private Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Tuesday, March 16 at the Parish Community of St. Joseph.
