James F. Egenberger

James F. Egenberger, a ge 88 of Plymouth, passed away August 12, 2021.

Jim is survived by loving wife, Charlotte; children, Ann (Tim) Blien, Amy Egenberger, and David (Terri) Egenberger; grandchildren, Craig and Katie Blien and great grandson, Roland Blien; sister, Mary Ann Sullivan; brother, Donald (Jan) Egenberger, many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Maurine Egenberger, brothers, William, Charles and Jerry; and infant son, Gregory.

Jim served in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Korea and he worked 34 years for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He loved maps, reading nonfiction, and travelling with friends and family. He enjoyed cooking, brewing beer and his day was not complete without a sudoku or two. He was active in church life, and most of all, Jim liked to do things for people in his life to let them know he cared.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, August 20 at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 Cty. Rd. 24, Medina. Visitation at church one hour before Mass.

Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.

Memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
