Irene Armella (Berning) Durant

Irene Durant, age 90, of Plymouth, peacefully passed away February 16, 2022.

Born October 20, 1931, in St. Michael, Minnesota as Irene Berning.

Preceeded in death by her loving husband of 50 years LeRoy “Joe” Durant; parents, Ann and Oscar Berning; brothers, Vernon and “Buddy”; and sisters, Lucille and “Nellie.”

Survived by her loving family: Chuck (Emily) Durant, Jeannine (Barry) Momchilovich, Joe Durant, Sue (John) Elwood, Lisa (Scott) Coffin, Leslie (Chuck) Myrin; and 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren who all brought Irene countless smiles.

Funeral services Friday, February 25th, 10:30 AM at The Church of St. Mary of the Lake, 105 Forestview Lane N, Plymouth. Visitation Thursday 5-7 at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N and one hour prior to service at church.

Interment Gethsemane Cemetery.
