Helen Hobus

Helen passed away passed peacefully in sleep at age 93.

Preceded in death by husband of over 51 years Robert, and daughter Kris. Survived by sons, Charles, Robert, and Richard (Shari); grandchildren, Greg (Stephanie) Doebler, Charles (Glenda), Suzanne (Christopher Haynes), Ryan (Mia), Elke (William Richards), Paul, and Carl; great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Hannah, Aasta, and Ingrid; and numerous cousins in Denmark.

Helen traveled with husband Bob whenever possible, renewing contacts with aunts, uncles and cousins in Denmark, and volunteered for over 30 years transcribing foreign language, math, and computer programming text books to Braille for the blind. Memorial service will be Wednesday, April 20th at 11:00 am at Colonial Church, 6200 Colonial Way, Edina MN 55436.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Volunteer Braille Services, 1710 Douglas Dr, Golden Valley MN 55422. Private Interment.
