Gayle Warren Olson

Gayle Warren Olson, age 86 went to the hands of his Father on July 26, 2022. Son of the late Oscar Olson and Hazel (Olson) Brandvold, he was born February 17, 1936, in Greenbush, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Glenn; his step-daughter Lynne Jordan; and great-grandson, Grant. He is survived by his wife, Lily (Jordan); sister, Marilyn (George) Goers; his 3 children, Robert (Kimberly) Olson, Barbara (Stanley) Lewis, and Brian Olson; his 2 step-children, Jennifer and Wade Jordan; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was employed by Honeywell for 42 years as a Design Drafter and worked on space program devices for Apollo and the Space Shuttle, in addition to commercial and military aviation systems. He enjoyed celebrating his religion and sharing his devotion with others through his work as an ambassador for many years. In retirement, he enjoyed working as a handyman and spending time with his family. The Memorial Service will be held on Thurs., August 11, 2022, at 11:00 AM at MapleRidge Church (13400 Maple Knoll Way, Maple Grove, MN 55369).
