Gary D. Irene

age 77 of Hamel, passed away Sept 3, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife, Jackie; children, Sonya Sanders (Bruce), Wayne (Lori), Ryan (Tracey) and Alicia Thoreson (Nate); grandchildren, Adam Sanders, Annika Irene, Zachary Irene, Anders Irene, MacKenzie Irene, Madeline Thoreson, Tryggve Irene; siblings, Steve Holt, Deb Lidberg, Denise Niswander and Jim Holt; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Otto Irene and his mother, Bernice Irene.

Funeral 4 PM Wednesday, Sept. 6th  at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 7401 County Road 101, Maple Grove with visitation 1 hour prior to service. A graveside service will be held at 3 PM Thursday, Sept. 7th at Oakwood Cemetery, W Central Ave, Mora, MN 55051,
