Elizabeth J. (Berndt) Schommer

Elizabeth J. (Berndt) Schommer, formerly of Osseo and Plymouth, peacefully entered the gates of Heaven August 10, 2021 at the age of 93 years.

A loving and devoted mother, she is survived by children, John (Mary Ellen) Schommer, Laura Schommer, Mary (Bob) Peck, Rosalie (Peter) Kosmas, Tom (Carly) Schommer; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; half-sister, Margie Berndt and many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years, Roman; daughter, Ann Schommer and half-brother, Tom Berndt.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held this past week at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Medina with burial at Holy Name Cemetery.

Due to COVID and the Delta variant, there will be a celebration of life gathering in the Summer of 2022.
