Edward J. Sobraske

Edward James Sobraske was born on 5 Aug. 1946 and died on 31 Jan. 2018.  He was a loving, husband, father and grandpa whom we shall miss dearly.

Ed is preceded in death by his wife, Ann and infant son, Paul.

He is survived by sons, Ben  (Tiffany) and Chris (Molly); grandchildren, Presely and Cade; brother, John (Liz) and sister, Susan (John) Sullivan; nieces, nephews and family.

He and Ann’s family maintained a close relationship following her death.  During the Vietnam conflict he served as a helicopter mechanic.  Following his military service Ed was an engineering technician with Control Data and Seagate.  He was an avid and accomplished bowler and a phenomenal host who enjoyed a good party.
