Douglas Dale Cozad, 73, of Plymouth. After a brief battle with cancer, Doug entered into eternal glory on Monday, July 12, 2021.
He was a devoted husband, father, papa, son and brother. He dedicated his life to international, domestic and local ministries, especially in CBMC. He discipled, mentored and coached thousands of people.
As a financial planner, Doug served his clients with competence and integrity. He was beloved and will be missed by so many.
Preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Shirley Cozad.
Doug is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Leann; daughters, Liz (John Indellicate) and Julianne (Austen Smith); grandchildren, Will, Ophelia, Megan and Alexis Indellicate and Patrick Smith; sisters, Christie Cozad Neuger (Win) and Laurie Cozad (Joel Kuszmaul); many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of MN.
Celebration of Doug's life will be 4:00 PM Monday, July 26 at The Grove Church (formerly known as Maple Grove Evangelical Free Church), 8585 Rice Lake Rd, Maple Grove, and will be officiated by Pastor Jeff Hansen of Spirit of Hope. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
