Dorothy Mary Lack

Dorothy was originally from New York City and moved to Minnesota 18 years ago with her daughter and granddaughter to be closer to her sister and brother. Dorothy faced many health challenges and ultimately passed away October 27 ^th 2017 at the age 76 from an aggressive form of cancer.

Dorothy loved spending time and holidays with her family and especially spending time with her granddaughter Noelle. She watched Noelle daily while Dorrie worked full time and until Noelle went to 1 ^st grade. She continued to care for Noelle during summers and school holidays. Dorothy was always there for Dorrie in many ways as well, which Dorrie appreciated very much.

Dorothy was a treasured mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Lappin; father, William Lappin; and grandmother, May Sullivan. She is survived by her daughter, Dorrie Neise, granddaughter, Noelle Neise; sister, Priscilla (George) McGunnigle; brothers, William and Warren (Michele) Lappin; nieces and nephews, Cynthia and Brian McGunnigle, William Jr., Dennis and Timothy Lappin; many great nieces and great nephews.
