Don E. Renquist

Age 89 of Plymouth, MN passed away peacefully December 24,2020. Survived by his wife, Joanne; daughters, Debbie (Lyle) Noah and Diane (Peter) Donnino; grandchildren, Justin Noah (Dottie), Chad Noah (Lindsay), Meghan Dolejsi (Nick), Ryan Noah (Angie), Allison Killion (Cody), and Molly Walker (Dusty); stepchildren, Denise (Anil Trivedi) Jorgens, Steve Jorgens (Son James) and Mark Jorgens (Jennifer); sister, Janet Wiewel; great grandchildren, Taylor, Ella, Jack, Madeline, Connor, Nora, Blake, Ruby, Lucia, Parker, Lillian and great great granddaughter, Taliah.

His parents gave him his faith and encouraged him to be active in church and interdenominational activities.  A faith in God, his family, friends and being a volunteer were the most important part of his life and gave him immense joy.  He enjoyed playing with grandchildren, great grandchildren, watching their many activities and spending time at Bay Lake with family and friends.  Retired Sr. V.P. Human Resources Land O’ Lakes, Inc.  Completed thirty-one volunteer management assistance projects in ten countries totaling over three years of overseas service.  Loyal University of Iowa Hawkeye Fan.  Former Vice President, National Director and International Director, of the Iowa Jaycees.  Served stateside during the Korean conflict in the Division Headquarters Human Resources staff.

A private Celebration of Life will be held Friday, January 22 at St. Barnabas Lutheran Church, Plymouth, MN. Snelling.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Barnabas Center for the Arts or organization of donor’s choice.
