Donald L. Jacobwith

Age 84, passed away peacefully from his long journey with Alzheimer’s on February 2, 2020 in Hopkins, MN. Don leaves behind a strong family legacy including four children and 7 grandchildren.

He loved camping, fishing, reading, and driving on the open road, but most of all loved his dear wife of 60 years, Mary Ann. Don was employed by General Mills/Henkel Inc. for 27 years. He served in the army during Korean War, a member of Knights of Columbus, and later was an outstanding bingo caller in Casa Grande, AZ where he and Mary Ann lived for 24 years. Don was looked after for the last 16 months by the supportive staff at Augustana Care Chapel View Health Care Center. We will be forever grateful for the Park Nicollet Hospice team and their thoughtful, comforting care for our entire family.
