Delores V. Walgrave
Delores (Sissy) Walgrave, age 79, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020 after suffering from dementia. She was a resident at Crest View Nursing Home in Columbia Heights, MN.
Delores was preceded in death by her daughter Kim Walgrave, parents, Leo and Clem Pillatzki (Libor), brothers-in-law Dwayne Johnson and Alan Walgrave.
She is survived by husband, Ardell Walgrave of Crystal, MN; sons, Glen Walgrave of Minneapolis, MN, Keith (Diane) Walgrave of Chaska, MN, Chris Walgrave of Corcoran, MN; daughters, Darla (Lewie) Gonshorowski of Coon Rapids, MN, Dawn Walgrave of Crystal, MN, brother Lee (Debbie) Pillatzki of Chanhassen, MN, Sisters Leone Johnson of Little Falls, MN, Patricia (John) Wilner of Grove City, MN, brother-in-law Leon (Beverly) Walgrave of Port St. Lucie, FL, sisters-in-law Kathleen Walgrave of Mequon WI, Mary Walgrave of Ogden KS, and Patricia Walgrave of Madison, MN; 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Delores had a great love of the outdoors, enjoying camping, fishing, yardwork, planting flowers and growing vegetables. She loved to bake and enjoyed spending time with her family, her grandchildren, celebrating holidays, and a Casino visit from time to time.
A private service, with immediate family, was held at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel of Robbinsdale, MN. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery New Hope, MN. If you wish, memorials can be made in mom’s name to the charity of your choice.
