David Edward Zins

David E Zins 83 of St. Louis Park passed away peacefully on July 23, 2022.  He was born April 7, 1939 and grew up in Nicollet, MN.  He graduated from Mankato State College in 1961 and from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1965.  He was in private law practice in St. Louis Park his entire life.  When not working, David enjoyed visiting with family and friends and he was a big Vikings football fan.  In his younger years he enjoyed fishing, small game hunting and camping in the Boundary Waters.

David is survived by sisters Julianne Allerson (John), Susan Howell (Steve); brothers Paul (Donna), Thomas (Mary), Phillip (Mary) and Timothy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Leona Zins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Monday, August 8 at the Church of the Holy Family, 5900 W. Lake St., St. Louis Park, with a private interment at St. Paul's Cemetery, Nicolett, MN.

Visitation will be from 8:30 to 9:30 on Monday August 8 at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave S., St. Louis Park, leaving for Mass at the church at 9:40.
