David H. Hazelmyer

David Harry Hazelmyer of Coon Rapids, passed away on August 27th, 2017 in Minneapolis at the home of his eldest son.

The son of Harry and Bea (Hitchcock) Hazelmyer, David was born October 27th 1940 in Muskegon, Michigan.

He is survived by his wife, Betty (Chase Walthouse) Hazelmyer; children, Todd Hazelmyer (Helen Johnson), Thomas Hazelmyer (Lisa Pemrick), Teresa Oxendale (John Oxendale) and Timothy Hazelmyer (Kristen Karvala); 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Bonnie Lapeer (Marvin Lapeer), Richard "Buzz" Hazelmyer, Phillip Hazelmyer.

He is preceded in death by mother, Beatrice Hazelmyer; father, Harry Hazelmyer and sister, Virginia Gillespie.

There will be an informal gathering to celebrate Dave's life on Sunday, September 10th at 2 pm at Willy's Bar and Grill, 2501 Coon Rapids Blvd., Coon Rapids, MN.
