Darlene A. Johnston
Her greatest joy in life was her family. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by the many who loved her. Darlene was a faithful and devoted member of Sacred Heart parish, she volunteered in the Chaplain’s office at North Memorial for over 40 years and was honored for her service by being selected to ride in the Whiz Bang Parade on the North Memorial float.
She is survived by her loving husband, Tom; daughters, Cindy (John) Ingelin and Mary (Chuck) Osowski; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Johnston; grandchildren, Shannon, Christy, Jamie, Erik, Bonnie, Jean, Andrew and Tia; ten great-grandchildren; brothers, Kenny (Patty) and Eddie (Barbie) Hannay; Tom’s sisters and brothers; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by son, Bruce Johnston; sister, Carol O’Brien and brother, Ronnie Hannay.
