Daniel I. Untiedt,
age 73 of Edina, MN and Vero Beach, FL passed away peacefully on July 13, 2018. Dan is preceded in death by his wife, Virginia (Dawson) Untiedt, brother, Tom and parents, Agnes and Rudy. Dan is survived by his daughters, Angie (John) Jerabek, Stephanie Untiedt and Beth (Mike) Heimer, his wife Carolyn Untiedt, his sisters Mary (Harry) Stewart and Kay (Randy) Evers, step-children Derek (Robert) Felska and Bix (Sam) Felska, grandchildren, Haley, Jonah, Kate, Maddie, Hannah, Daniel, step-grandchildren, Logan and Kaylee, many in-laws, nieces and nephews and wonderful friends. Dan was so proud of all of his family and supported them with generosity and unconditional love. He believed that relationships are the key to happiness and brought joy to those around him with his humor and kindheartedness. From his grandchildren to his co-workers at MGK in Golden Valley to his coffee buddies to his newfound friends in Harlem, Dan was enthusiastic learning about your life and loved you without judgment. Dan will be dearly missed by so many. A celebration of Dan’s love and life will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 7180 Hemlock Lane North, Maple Grove, MN 55369, visitation will be held one hour prior with luncheon to follow.
