Daniel E. Backen

Daniel Backen, 53, of Golden Valley, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 12, 2022. Danny will be missed by so many, including siblings Pat (Kathy) and Beth (Keith Lockwood); Pat’s children Rob and Jenny; many, many friends. Danny (“Monkey Boy”) was a sweet, loving, creative presence in the world, and his love of live music, dancing and custom lamp making will all be missed dearly.

Visitation from 5:00 - 8:00 and short memorial service at 7:00 will be held on Wednesday, April 27th, Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale.
