Daniel D. Anderson

Daniel Duane Anderson,
age 51, passed away on Saturday September 9th, 2017 in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Dan was born on October 9th, 1965 in Buffalo, MN, grew up in Long Lake, MN, and graduated from Orono High School in 1984. He furthered his education at Mankato State University and then moved to Sandy, OR in 1989.  He married Angel Schafer in 1995, unfortunately divorced in 2007, but remained very close friends.  Dan was an avid outdoorsman and loved nature.

He is preceded in death by his father Duane ‘Dewey’ Anderson; brothers-in-law, Dale Ledstrom and Jhannie Tolbert.

He is survived by his son, Rick Anderson; mother, Carolyn Anderson,  sister, Denise Anderson Ledstrom (fiancé KC Oftedahl); niece, Annika Ledstrom; sister, Debbi Anderson Tolbert; other relatives and many friends.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held from 1:00-4:00 with memory sharing at 2:00 on Saturday September 23rd at Medina Entertainment Center, 500 Highway 55, Medina.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the American Heart Association or Buckmasters for Disabled Veteran Hunting.
