Clarence W. Boreen, 86, of Maple Grove, passed away Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018.
He was a proud Drill Sgt. in the Marine Corps, serving in the Korean War. A 40 year employee of Superior Dairy Fresh Creamery, Clarence was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, snowmobiling and boating. He was a big family man.
Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Margaret.
He is survived by loving wife of 66 years, Charlotte; five children, Gayle (Scott), Cindy (Warren), Doris (Dan), Linda (Mike) and David (Joan); 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy and Shirley.
Memorial service will be 3pm Friday, Dec. 14 at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N (@ Vicksburg Lane).
A gathering will follow at the Palmer Lake VFW, 2817 Brookdale Dr, Brooklyn Park.
Private interment Fort Snelling.
