Cheryl Pfeifer

Cheryl Diane Pfeifer,
age 68 passed away peacefully early Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, MN. She was born March 28, 1948 in Minneapolis the daughter of Morrill (Rusty) and Gloria Olson.  Cheryl graduated from Cooper High School in New Hope, MN and attended Mankato State University studying interior design.

She had an incredible entrepreneurial spirit and managed life’s challenges with amazing determination and grace and always with a sense of humor.

She is survived by sister and brother in law Sandra and Lynn White; nephews Dylan (Julie) and Garrett (Candace) Schopper; great niece and nephews.
Preceded in death by husband Tom Lijewski and her parents.

Funeral service 10 AM Monday, December 19 at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N. Internment Gethsemane.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Foundation.
