Charles "Mike" Mooney

Charles “Mike” Mooney age 71 of Minneapolis.  Mike was known for his free spirit and his ability to make friends wherever he went. He found joy throughout the years in being a motorcycle enthusiast, pilot, business owner, artist, dog lover and caring grandpa. He always kept a positive outlook on life and tried to help others, even as he struggled with his own health.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer; grandson, Steven; and many close family and friends.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Leah and Charles Mooney; aunts, Susie Mooney and Louise Masloski; uncles, Jake Mooney and Fran Mooney.

Memorials in Mike’s memory are preferred to RAGOM (Retrieve a Golden of the Midwest), 5800 Baker Road, Suite 120, Minnetonka, MN  55345 or to a college fund established for the benefit of his grandson, Steven.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
