Cassandra Nicole Sommers, 33, of Plymouth, Minnesota, passed away on February 7, 2024. She was born on June 14, 1990, in Waconia, Minnesota.

Cassandra was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and auntie. She is survived by her son, Logan Springer; mother, Eileen Sommers; Dale Frenzel; stepfather Edwin MacDonald; siblings Jessi & James Frenzel; an uncle; aunts; cousins; and 5 nieces & nephews.  She is preceded in death by her father, her two uncles, and her beloved grandparents. ​​Left behind are beloved pets Deogi and Schatzi.

Her son Logan was her everything. Cassandra and Logan enjoyed playing Fortnite together, fishing, watching movies, and visiting museums and the MN Arboretum.

Cassandra had a great sense of humor that brought joy to those around her. She had a passion for animals, particularly dogs, and dedicated many years of her life as a professional dog groomer. Her love and care for animals touched the lives of many furry friends and their owners.

She had a knack for making people smile and her infectious laughter will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

The loss of Cassandra leaves a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and the community she was a part of. Her memory will forever be cherished and her spirit will live on through the love she shared with those around her.

A memorial service will be held to honor and celebrate Cassandra's life at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway, Robbinsdale.  Private interment.
