Bruce Kjellberg

age 81, of Maple Grove passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on November 8, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. Bruce was born July 1, 1934, in Northeast Minneapolis, attended high school at Minnehaha Academy and graduated from the University of Minnesota. He then graduated from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. Bruce served 9 Lutheran congregations in 5 states. Preceded in death by parents Herbert & Belva Kjellberg and his sister Connie McDonald. Survived by his loving wife Gloria of nearly 60 years, daughters Linda (Steve) Eickman, Kjirstin (Tom) Delaney, sons Greg (Jerilyn) Kjellberg, Jeff (Melanie) Kjellberg, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, sister RuthAnn (John) Brady and brother Jim (Jan) Kjellberg, many nieces and nephews and wonderful friends. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials to Concordia College, Moorhead, MN.
