Bridget (Devaney) Ranallo

Bridget (Devaney) Ranallo, age 90 of Medina, formerly of Deerwood and Rogers, passed away August 9, 2024.

 Bridget and her twin sister Annie, immigrated to the United States from Galway, Ireland in 1951. She met the love of her life, Douglas, at an Irish American Dance in St. Paul, They married on July 28, 1956 and raised seven children. They built their dream home and moved to Deerwood in 1996 where they spent 18 years before moving to Medina. 

Preceded in death by her parents, loving husband, Douglas, sisters Maureen, Annie and Catherine, brothers Michael and Sean. 

Bridget is survived by her devoted family; daughter Teresa (Jeff Jenior), sons Douglas (Connie), Stephen, Mark (Connie), Paul (Piper), Brian (Vanessa); daughter Sondra (Mike) Billing; 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren; sister Phil (Dwain) Breitbach, brothers Gerard (Mary) Devaney and Thomas (Angela) Devaney and many other relatives and friends. 

We have heartfelt gratitude for her PCAs over the past many months; Alexx, Becky, Brittney, Char, Jayme, Misty, Renee, and Tami, their caregiving humbled us and we are forever grateful.

 Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday, August 20 at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 County Rd. 24, Wayzata. Visitation Tuesday at church 10 AM-11 AM. Interment Holy Name Cemetery.
