Betty Louise Engebretson, age 103 of St. Louis Park died on March 14,2023.

For 25 years she was head of the Athenaeum at the Minneapolis Public Library.  During her long and active life, she enjoyed reading her books, gardening, carpentry, the company of family, friends and neighbors.  She enjoyed many vacations on the Gunflint Trail canoeing with her sisters.

Preceded in death by her parents, sisters, and brothers.

Survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Our Aunt Betty was an inspiration to many. She will be missed and loved forever.

Funeral service 11:00 AM Monday, March 20 at Gearty-Delmore Park Funeral Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Avenue South, St. Louis Park.

Entombment Lakewood Cemetery Mausoleum.

Visitation hour prior to the service the funeral chapel.
