Ben is survived by his loving parents, Debra and Todd; siblings, Brandon, Meghan, Nathan, Kaitlin and Austin; grandparents, Ed Beals and Terry & Sue Huberty; aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Ben was preceded in death by his grandmother, Jan Beals.
