Arthur “Duke” Anderson Jr., age 86 of Plymouth, passed away June 20, 2020.

Survived by wife JoAnne Sullivan Halek; daughters Mary Kaye (Tom) Gorrilla, Neva (Troy) Gullickson, Elizabeth (Scott) Boeser; sons Martin (Marti), Patrick, John (Julie), &  Ed Anderson; 21 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; sister, Leone LaDuke; brothers, Jim and John Anderson; sister-in-law, Sister Colleen O’Malley, CSJ.; and JoAnne’s children and siblings.

Preceded in death by wife, Kathleen O’Malley Anderson; parents Helen and Arthur Anderson; brothers, Jerry and Tom Anderson; sisters, Bernice Knaeble and Joan Carlson; brothers-in-law, Bob Knaeble, Ralph Carlson, Bob LaDuke, Don Krattenmaker, John O’Malley; sisters-in-law; Norma Anderson, JoAnne Anderson, Sandra Anderson, Rosemary Krattenmaker & Patti O’Malley.

Duke was a member of the Local Union #34 and the Northside Knights of Columbus.  Throughout his life Duke was a member of Ascension, St Anne’s, Sacred Heart and St. Joseph Catholic Communities.  He served as a Youth Leader, St. Anne’s Athletic Club Director, a Lector, a Eucharistic Minister and a coach.

Visitation Wednesday June 24, 4-8 PM at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37 th Ave N. @ Vicksburg Ln.

Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, June 25, at St. Joseph Parish Community, 8701 36 th Ave N., New Hope. with visitation one hour prior to Mass.

Interment Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope.

Memorials preferred to the Parish Community of St Joseph.
