Arlene B. Gregor

Gregor, Arlene Belle (nee Haugerud) age 97 of Medina, MN was carried to heaven on angel’s wings April 26, 2020.

Arlene was born to Carsten and Hanna Haugerud in Richland Township Wisconsin. Arlene attended Kahler School of Nursing in Rochester, MN. It was there she met, married Rex Gregor, and their five children were born. After her children were grown she resumed her nursing career while helping Rex and son, Tom, transform their passion for growing things into the family business, Gregor Farm and Greenhouse.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years Rex, sister Lillian Dieter, daughter Sandy (Mitch Goodman, deceased), and son-in-law Andy Bowerman.

She is survived by her children Tom (Patty), Debra Bowerman, John, Cheryl (Kevin) Kruizenga; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and many special friends and relatives.

Arlene’s zest for life was reflected in everything she did and touched from her enthusiastic participation of Tuesday afternoon Bible study to the hundreds of hours sewing for Bundles of Love. Mom, you taught us to live life with grace, compassion, and dignity; but most of all, you taught us that we can do anything we set our minds to. We miss you.

Memorials preferred to Bundles of Love Charity or Messiah United Methodist Church.

Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
