Anthony Walter (Tony) Benkusky, Jr. of Plymouth.
Tony was born November 15, 1926 in Virginia, MN; he was a proud Iron Ranger and was a WWII Navy vet. He died peacefully on July 7, 2018 at the Waters of Plymouth at the age of 91.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet; daughter, Mary Wallfred; daughter-in-law, Joan Benkusky; parents, Anthony and Anna Rosa; sister, Dorothy Petrosky; brother, Joe.
Tony is survived by son, Fred (Linnae); son-in-law, Steve Wallfred; grandchildren, Jon (Andrea) and Anne (Joshua) Spaulding; great grandchildren, Beck, Leo, Charlie and Margot; nieces and nephews.
Tony had a long, successful career with NSP. In his retirement he enjoyed spending time at their cabin in Finlayson with Janet, his family and friends, and traveling to many places.
A special thank you to all of the nurses and aides at The Waters for their loving care of Tony for the last 4 ½ years.
