Amy L. Rubins

Amy L. Rubins, age 66 of St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully at home in the presence of her family on October 25, 2021 after a nine year battle with breast cancer. Her fighting spirit, love of family (especially her grandchildren), and her faith, inspired her to keep living well past her initial five year diagnosis. Her generosity, her hospitality, and her love of the holidays, always made her home the gathering place for the family.

She is survived by husband, Jeff Rubins; children, Jennifer (Nate) Bullard, William Coombs and Stephanie (David) Bailey; step-children, Rebecca (Shane) Noecker, David (Rebecca) Rubins and Jonathan Rubins; nine grandchildren, Joe, Ellie, Lucy, Gabe, Charlotte and Mae Bullard, Whit and Fitz Noecker and Lailah Rubins; mother, Allene Quinn; sisters, Beth Peterson and Theresa (Doug) Oien; brothers, Tom (Kathy) Quinn, Bob (Michelle) Quinn and Chris Quinn.

Amy was preceded in death by father, Patrick Quinn; brother, Joseph Quinn.

Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM Friday, October 29 at the Church of the Holy Family, 5900 W. Lake St., St. Louis Park.

Visitation 5-7 PM Thursday, October 28 at Gearty-Delmore Park Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave S.

Interment Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope.

There will be a reception at Brookview Golf Course/Event Center, 316 Brookview Parkway S., Golden Valley following the graveside services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Peacefield Farm Animal Sanctuary.
