Ambrose Ernest Mettille

Ambrose E. Mettille, age 75 of New Hope passed away July 18th, 2023.   Ambrose is survived by his wife, Patricia; children, Lisa (Joe) Gearen, Stephen Mettille, and Scott (Susan) Mettille; grandchildren, Hunter, Hope, Ryan, Charlie, and Sammy; sisters, Ruth (Jim) McGrath and Dorothy (Dennis) Hagemen; and many nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by parents, Carl and Dorothy and brother, Paul.  Ambrose was a U.S. Navy veteran.  He also was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 10.  Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday (7/25), 11 AM at the Church of St. Mary of the Lake, 105 Forestview Lane North, Plymouth.  Visitation Monday (7/24), 5-8 PM at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Avenue North and one hour before the Mass at the church.  Memorials preferred to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
