Allen Snyder of Bloomington died December 11, 2024 at age 70. Al was a 1972 graduate of De La Salle High School. He found great joy in coaching sports and took immense pride in watching his family participate in their youth sports activities. Al was honored to be the proud Godfather of seven.

He was preceded in death by sons, Robert and Jason; parents, Ruth and Jim; brothers and sister, Frank, Janet, Ron.

Al is loved and will be deeply missed by Marjory, his wife of 44 years; daughter, Carolyn; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barb and Denise Snyder; Eddie and Maureen Hallenberg, Jim and Kris Hallenberg and many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Memorial Service 2pm Wednesday, December 18 at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. N. in Plymouth. Visitation 1 hour prior to service. A video recording of Al’s service will be available here, on his obituary shortly after the service. Private inurnment at The Cathedral Church of St. Mark, Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
