Collins, Albert C. Jr. “Mike”

Age 75 of Robbinsdale, passed away peacefully at J.A. Wedum Hospice surrounded by family.  Preceded in death by father, Albert C Collins Sr. and mother, Catherine Collins; sister, Patricia Fingerholz; and brother, Thomas Collins.  Survived by wife, Barbara Collins; children, Robyn (Pat) Tousignant and Ryan (Blair) Collins; four grandchildren, Brittany, Danielle, Lucas and Travis Tousignant; siblings, Colleen (Darrell) Schneider and Cindy (Bill) Emory.  Al had a love for music and spent many hours listening and recording his extensive record collection.  Al thoroughly enjoyed parades, he co-founded the Minneapolis Showboat Days Parade, and volunteered for the Aquatennial Parade for 25+ years.  Mass of Christian Burial Monday (7/3), 10 AM at the Church of St. Austin, 41st and Thomas Ave. North, Mpls.  Interment Gethsemane.  Visitation Sunday (7/2), 4-6 PM at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W. Broadway and one hour before the Mass at church.

Interment Gethsemane Cemetery. Visitation also one hour before the Mass at the church.
