A. C. Carlson

A.C.  grew up in Center City, MN, and sold bakery goods door to door by horse and wagon in 1945.  In 1954 he established the A.C. Carlson Furniture and Appliance Store in Crystal.  In June of 1982, his store was completely destroyed by fire. He moved to a new store in New Hope in Oct. 1983, then to the current location in 2005.

A.C. was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church for over 60 years.

Preceded in death by wife of 62 years, Gladys; two brothers and three sisters.

Survived by children, Cathy (John) Keto, Carolyn (Gordy) Peterson, Cindy (Anthony) Lipari and David (Carolyn); 12 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends and customers.

Interment Hillside Cemetery, Center City, MN
