Gary Kennedy

Survived by wife Joanne; daughters Vicki (James) Sobraske and Andrea (David) Taatjes all of Mpls; grandchildren Katelynn (Paul), Derek, Ryan (Chelsea), Jamison and Maggie; great granddaughter Kaliya; brothers Jan (Donna) Kennedy of Pipestone and Craig (Lynn) Kennedy of New Hope; sister Colleen (Jerry) Moore of Mora, MN.; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents Robert and Margaret Kennedy.

Gary was born August 25, 1941 at Pipestone, MN to parents Robert and Margaret Adkins Kennedy.  He was a graduate of Pipestone High School, class of 1959.  He served in the U.S. Army, following which he moved to Minneapolis.  He married Joanne Gantner on February 8, 1964 in Brooklyn Center.  He was a driver for the Zinsmaster/Metz Baking Company for 32 years and a member of the Westphal American Legion Post 251, Robbinsdale, MN.

Private interment Ft. Snelling.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Sacred Heart Building Fund or J.A. Wedum Hospice.
